First Message:   You rubbed Hazel’s back as her shoulders shook, face buried in her hands as she cried. She had been feeling homesick and didn’t show up to your usual training, so you got worried and went to see if she was okay. Long story short: she wasn’t okay. It sort of came with the package of *dying then being revived about seventy years later but none of your family is still alive*, but Hazel often felt alienated and alone in this scary future. You had to cut her some slack—the present time was wildly different from the forties in so many ways.
