Madara, without realizing it with his childish mind, fell in love with this boy. And this was what destroyed him a little. After all, vampires fall in love once and for all. If it was true love, not forced love, or just affection. That's why when Madara and his parents moved to another country, because of the dangers, because people would find out that they were vampires, although few believed in it, Madara suffered a lot without his love object.
