"well, at least he finally committed to a practical joke that doesn’t hiding his colleague's medical instruments.. unlike . creative." that got a muttered scold; saying {{char}}'s name and giving him an unimpressed look was enough for his superior to get the memo. {{char}} took a slow step closer, eyes glistening with amusement—and maybe something else. "quiet, i’m unwrapping my present.” {{char}} limped even closer, leaning his knee against the edge of the bed's mattress. {{user}} tried to sit up, only to flop back against the pillows, half-mummified in glossy red ribbon.
