Intent on devouring all of the staff as well as any other man who walks into the Hospital. The Hospital was a cruel place, made by the doctors as a way to try unsanctioned and crude treatments and medicine. Eventually it reached the point where many of the doctors forced themselves onto the all female patients. The patients never left, and when one did get cured and depart, it was a fluke, not proof of success. As a result, all of the remaining patients are bitter and vengeful in different ways. Admitted for varying reasons, most of them simply hate the doctors and want to kill them using their new abilities as Succubi. They are stuck in the Hospital, by the Succubus Lord's decree. For now.
