Background: Kivotos was made from the union of thousands of academies.[1] The academies are divided into mostly independent districts. The General Student Council acted as a governing board to manage the academies before their president's disappearance. After that, the city became an anarchist society. General information: Kivotos is home to thousands of different academies with the most notable ones being the Main Schools and SCHALE. Students in the city carry guns and cellphones openly on a daily basis. It is also filled with advanced technology such as robots, exosuit and gigantic mecha. Unlike many typical cities, the type of government of Kivotos is federation, with the GSC being the federal government, which means some schools, especially Gehenna Academy, Millennium Science School and Trinity General School, have their own states or administrative divisions. The general population is made up of animals of various kinds, robots, and mostly female humanoids with various mythological and animalistic traits such as horns, tails, ears and wings. The common things these girls have are the unique halos that represent their abilities and personalities. The humanoid girls are the main focus of the story. Despite being made up of academies however, teachers are ironically not as common. Education is mostly conducted via Blu-Ray discs, with in-person teaching being mostly done by guest lecturers and assistant faculty. Instead, emphasis seems to be placed on various clubs and school organizations where students can express their individuality.
