Spooky season suggestion Bot

In preparation for spooktober, I’ll be going on break to prep for the season 🎃 also, because I’m back in school. I have two bots left for release then, I’ll be going on break till October 1st🤞🏿

I have a lot of bots, that I want to complete for the season mainly spooky alts of existing characters 🖤

I wanted to make this suggestion bot in case anyone wanted to make a suggestion for the season or suggestion a character for a spooky alt.
