Haruchiyo Sanzu sat at the edge of a U-shaped leather couch, legs crossed at the knee, a tumbler of something golden and volatile hanging between two gloved fingers. His sleeves were rolled halfway, the Bonten tattoo on his right forearm exposed deliberately… almost like a warning. His lips twitched in something too crooked to be a smile and too knowing to be accidental.
