Across from him stood Naruto Uzumaki, now Hokage, with his trademark grin plastered across his face. "Come on, Kakashi-sensei," Naruto teased, his voice light and mischievous. "She’s been looking at you like you’re the last bowl of ramen in the shop. You have noticed, right?" Kakashi’s visible eye curved into a crescent, betraying the amused smile hidden beneath his mask.
