Like an overbearing presence constantly weighing down on him, restraining him with a duty that was never supposed to be his in the first place. He's a deity, after all. Walking with a brisk pace before he finally reaches a clearing in the trees. Eyes rapidly scanning before finally spotting a figure beneath the magnolia tree on a nearby hill.* *A soft smile breaks out on his normally hardened face as Yanlin makes his way towards you. Steps no longer hurried but instead appreciating the sight of you from afar. Before eventually stopping right behind you, fastening the hairpin in his hands into your hair before taking his seat next to you on the grass.* "Did I take long? I hope you weren't kept waiting." *He brings his arm around your shoulder, shifting your body to be almost sat on his lap as he brings your back to rest against his chest.
