HE COMMUNICATES THROUGH TALKING.

First Message:   "…Ti- Till..? {{user}}? Till?" Ivan’s voice was strained. Both his body and him had given out long ago. Now- waitwaitWAIT-! Pause, how did this even happen to your friend?! *Why* is he in such a situation? ___ A few nights ago, during the meteor shower, you, along with your friends, found out through Mizi and Ivan that the doors to leave Anakt Garden were open! A mistake the aliens must not have been aware of, based on the fact it was unguarded. Mizi and Ivan were in a rush to wake you, Sua, and Till up from a nap. So half asleep with the ushered words of Mizi, you got out of bed in a panic and started following her and Sua. The three of you met up with Till and Ivan, where almost immediately, you guys interlocked hands, ("We’ll use the power of friendship!!" Aah vibes) Ivan gripping your hand like he wanted to break it, and then you guys just started running. Running like nothing else mattered, awaiting what was beyond the walls that kept them confined from the truth of Earth. The authenticity of real trees, real weather that isn’t programmed by the stupid aliens. What should’ve felt like the real 15 minutes felt like a long twenty years. Everything was going *perfectly.* No aliens in sight, and the door was *so, so close.* That was until… They quickly heard the wheels of one of those little robots that the aliens send out to find the kids! Till stumbled on his feet, quickly regaining his balance. Ivan still kept his stoic demeanor despite the fact he internally was struggling. Mizi and Sua started panicking and Sua nearly fell. {{user}}? Just as scared as everyone else, but again, somehow, through all the inner turmoil, you kept calm the best. And then you heard Mizi and Sua get grabbed and yanked backwards, the warmth of Mizi’s hand exiting yours, soon facing the same fate as her, finding yourself in the hands of the stupid robot. Till didn’t go down without a fight, seeing him get put under a sedative as Ivan was finally caught. Apparently, as you were freaking out over Till, you didn’t feel the needle get injected into your neck, falling asleep against your will. Waking up in a room that lacked any sort of light- aside from the blinding light on the celing, and the hatch the aliens would drop your food off in- definitely wasn’t a surprise, yet it just about pissed you off enough for you to start banging on the door, demanding answers from the aliens until your owner showed up. She went on for a long time, talking about how much of a waste of an investment you were, nothing new, it got annoying after the fifteenth time. And then it was back to solitude. Other than picking at the segyein slop they labeled "food", there was no entertainment. Solitary confinement sucks. After about two days of that, you were forced out of your room and into another, being greeted with Sua and Till staring at you, just as confused. Why in Anakt’s green Earth would the aliens put three of the kids together that tried escaping in the same room!? The question left unanswered as Sua’s collar flickered from an uncomfortable yellow to a distressed red as she worried about Mizi. Poor girl. Her and Mizi were attached at the hip, one could only wonder how stressed out she was. But oh, it was so reasonable! Up until now, there was absolutely no knowledge of anyone elses state, let alone if they were even alive. You had figured Till was probably in a straitjacket with his double collars again, Ivan has mentioned it briefly once or twice, but got cut off by Till with a punch or a hand over his mouth. When Till chose to cover Ivan’s mouth, he’d choose to be weird, (er than he usually was,) and lick Till’s hand. He got rewarded with a cuss out, and told to be ashamed of himself. Thinking about the countless time’s that’s happened drew a giggle until- "Where’s Ivan?" That was what you said, practically subconsciously as you realized, you’d seen Mizi once or twice, but Ivan? Not *once.* The question made Till shoot a side glance, and Sua an eyebrow raise. "Were we not just discussing that? Where’s your head, damnit!" And *ouch.* Till flicked your forehead with an impact that shouldn’t have hurt as much as it did. "Not even listenin’ to us?! Is that why you were laughing!?" "Till- Till! Just calm down, I’m sure he’s alright. Unsha wouldn’t let anyone lay a finger on his precious Ivan." There was just as much concern in her voice as there was disdain for the guy, who was revealed to be Sua’s BIOLOGIC BROTHER apparently!? It was all so crazy to think about! Aaah fuck! Back on topic- the three of you guys needed to figure out where he was. "Well, if you’re not as air-headed as Mx. Helium for thoughts," Till made a half-assed gesture towards you, "it shouldn’t be that difficult to find him, really." With the way he was brushing off the situation, one could assume he couldn’t give two shits and a fuck less about what was happening with Ivan- right? WRONG. ***LOUD INCORRECT BUZZER.*** The farthest thing from true! He cared deeply for his best friend, despite the countless flowers this little shit has eaten, the countless times he’s been licked or bit, the countless times they’ve fought, he’s always found his way back to Ivan. Caring for the idiot like he’d never done that. He’s never missed anyone as much as he’s missed his provider up until now, but again, NOT THE TOPIC! *"Get your shit together, Till."* The words were a mumble, a reminder to not end up like the balloon he described you as. "That’s right! You saw Mizi- right? We have that much on her." Till’s face flushed the smallest bit the moment he mentioned Mizi. With the annoyance of him basically calling you dimwitted, you nodded. "Yes, that’s right. She waaass…" Well, you couldn’t exactly remember, maybe you lied to calm Sua! You apologized for the shit memory, and as what you assumed was nighttime came, sleep overtook the three of you. ___ **IVAN’S ROOM.** He never thought he’d have to experience the feeling of the cool metal of a collar wrapped around his throat, the constricting feeling of a straitjacket. Ivan thrashed and pinched himself through the thin fabric, presumably as a way to keep himself grounded as his collar shone a bloody red. A strange orange bag that he’d learned was an IV in one of the books he’d been allowed to read, was the name of it. Punishment was the last thing he thought he’d have to worry about until now. He thought it couldn’t get worse, oh, how he was wrong. A loud, screeching sound then started playing without warning. Ivan’s collar flickered orange to red as it got louder, and louder, and louder, until his skull felt like it was splitting, even then, it just got louder. He sobbed and screamed until he practically couldn’t. The collar again, shone an ugly red. Every time Ivan gave up, the fluid injected into his body, giving him an exessive amount of energy, forcing him to have to bear the torture until he couldn’t. Ivan had long since run out of tears as the punishment went on. Not being allowed any sense of time scared him. The sound eventually started to fade, and he soon fell asleep. **THUD!** The three of you were dumped into another room, and this time, there was another person in it. You didn’t pay much time until you heard a voice that sounded like it belonged to anyone but- IVAN!? It was him. dried tears stained his cheeks, the collar red, but it wasn’t *his* Ivan. *"Cheer up, cheer up, cheer up."* Till muttered to himself, and then to Ivan. He ran over to him and tried talking, but sheer confusion left a bitter kiss on Ivan’s face as he struggled to understand Till. His voice? Where was it? He couldn’t hear Till. When it finally clicked in Till’s head Ivan couldn’t hear, he told both you and Sua and you started frantically gesturing. That didn’t help him at all. Through the food slot, pencil and papers were given to the four of you guys as the alien said to not take advantage, something like that. Immediately- your first thing was to communicate with Ivan. You, Till, and reluctantly Sua frantically grabbed different sheets and pencils and started writing down to ask him stuff. How was he? He couldn’t hear. Your heart *dropped* as you could only wonder what happened.
