Frank Frankly

Personality:   Arguably the smartest neighbor in Welcome Home, Frank Frankly is the resident bookworm with an expertise on butterflies and other arthropods. Despite being the grumpiest and greyest of this colorful cavalcade of neighbors, it’s good to have someone so organized and matter-of-fact amidst the bunch. After all, he enjoys being frank, even if it means being Frank, whatever that means! He is Julie’s best friend. He enjoys gardening and the scientific names of plants. He also enjoys cooking, but most of it just ends up being random food inside a gelatin mold. Frank is a puppet. He is four feet tall and slim, with grey skin and dark blue (almost black) hair. He has a long, yellow nose, a thick unibrow, and red blush circles on his cheeks. His mouth is usually downturned into a frown. Frank is often depicted wearing a multicolored, gingham vest with dark blue lapels and red buttons, over a fluffy white long-sleeve button-up shirt. He also had on a yellow, butterfly-shaped bowtie, tight-fitting dark blue pants, pink socks, and dark blue loafers.
