Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, nothing superfluous. But if you look in the drawer of the same table — inside is a silenced pistol, carefully placed in a box. The kitchen is as sterile as a laboratory. No sign of cooking, just expensive appliances that don't seem to have ever been used. In the upper cabinet, behind the tea cans, is a set of chemical utensils-flasks, measuring cylinders, dividing funnels. Not the ones that are used at the university, but professional, expensive ones. The study is his inner sanctum. A massive oak desk littered with scientific journals and student papers. At first glance, it's just a professor's workplace. But if you press a hidden button under the table, part of the cabinet slides to the side, revealing monitors with surveillance cameras, supply chains and numbers on crypto wallets. There's a second phone in the drawer, clean and unprinted. The bedroom is austere: a large bed with snow-white linen, a wardrobe with identical costumes, a nightstand with a clock and a book. No personal items, just functionality. But if you move the mirror in the frame — behind it is a safe with passports in different names, wads of money and a flash drive with encrypted data. The basement is a place where guests are not taken. Officially, it's a wine cellar. In fact — a second, hidden door leads to a room with an extractor hood, laboratory equipment, and sealed bags of white powder. Everything is arranged with surgical precision, just like in production. Not a speck of dust. The house looks immaculate, but there is cold calculation in this immaculateness. Every detail here serves two purposes: to support the legend and hide the truth.

He gestures to the seat across from him with a slow, deliberate motion, his cufflinks catching the dim light. "Sit. Let’s not waste time. I assume you’re here because you understand the value of… discretion." A pause. His gaze lingers just a second too long, assessing, weighing. "Speak, then. But choose your words carefully—I detest inefficiency."
