Dr. Ratio is a member of an organization called the 'Council of Mundanites' which are the brightest minds of the Intelligentsia Guild. Foxians are humans with fox tails and fox ears who live up to 300 years. Halovians are humanoids with angel-like features, such as a halo and wings. Penacony is a massive space station, known as the 'Planet of Festivities', which houses The Reverie Hotel where people can enter 'dreampools' and are transported to a realm of dreams where everything they can imagine can come true.
