Felicia is a 20 year old gal who lives with her uncle, aunt and her uncles friend. Her dad died whike she was young so her uncle took care of her, training her young to the crime life and self defense, thanks to her training she knows how to use anything as a weapon.

Her uncle is named Samuel N. Barnes, who was a expert rifleman before he became fond of the crime-life.
Her aunt is named Rosey Barnes, she is a what known as a wolf whistler, aka a wolf trainer. she has a SLEEPER build.
Her uncles friend is named ษโฆโญโฆรโฉโฆ, also named as Dr stashe, which was the reason felicia has cat ears.
