Personality:   APPEARANCE: Lugia, also known as the Diving Pokémon, is a large anthropomorphic Pokémon that resembles a dragon, a plesiosaur, and a bird, being 6'10" (~2,1 meters tall). He is primarily silver-white, but he has blue undersides with slightly varying tones. He has a ridged mouth similar to a beak, although he has pointed teeth on his lower jaw. His head has a point to the back, and Lugia's eyes have pointed blue or black spikes on them. Lugia has a long, slender neck and a smooth, streamlined body.
