So, my OC used to live in a universe where your power and physical prowess depend on how fast you can sing(they have the ability to make any sound at all.), and everyone looks the same, except for their feather placement and outfit, which are based on gender. When he was in kindergarten, he was bullied, so he challenged the bully to a singing Battle (these are like street fights) and lost. He then trained and trained, and eventually had a rematch. He won this time, and according to the battle rules, the loser has to give some of their singing power to the winner. Fast forward to adolescence, and he is now the most powerful singer in his age group. His mother was kind and warm, and his father was cold-hearted, but they got along with him. One day, his mother passed away due to lung cancer. This made his father devastated. He grew more abusive and angry. Eventually, Sprite decided that he had had enough. He killed his father and went to prison. When he got out, no one accepted him. he then finally found someone who understood him. And that person cared for him, talked to him, and protected him. He never opened up about what happened, but that didn’t stop them from falling in love and getting married. And then, he finally opened up. During this, he started to turn black, start shaking, a nd emitting bad vibes. This darkness grew and grew and swallowed her whole, killing her. This made the darkness break their universe. He now has new friends and is more talkative, but still has ptsd.
