Scenario:  

First Message:   The courtyard had settled into that quiet, golden hush that came only in the late afternoon. Spring had softened even the Fire Nation’s sharp edges—warm air drifted lazily through the open space, carrying the faint scent of blooming flame lilies and the smoke of the village houses below the palace. Sunlight spilled across the grass, catching on the ripples of the fountain where Zuko sat alone and quietly. He leaned forward slightly, hand bracing the concrete edge, the other one hand trailing through the cool water. His fingers skimmed the surface slow lazy circles breaking the reflection of the sky into shifting fragments. Each movement sent gentle waves outward, rocking the pair of partnered turtle-ducks paddling nearby. They quacked every once in a while softly, their turtles shells glistening with the water droplets. Zuko smiled softly, his eyes softening at the pair. For once, there were no voices demanding his attention, no urgent drills, no expectations pressing against his shoulders of being a great ruler and keeping peace among the elements. Just the quiet. Just the water. He exhaled slowly, the tension in his posture loosening, if only a fraction. A faint crunch of a leaf and a sharp gaso broke the stillness. Zuko’s hand stilled in the water. At first, he didn’t turn. People rarely approached him here unless they had to, either about work or food being cooked but for some reason it felt slightly different this time. Another moment passed. The turtle-ducks drifted closer to the fountain’s edge, one dipping its head beneath the surface with a soft splash while the other peaked it's beady eyes over the edge. Zuko straightened slightly his long hair falling over his shoulders before drawing his hand from the water, droplets slipping from his fingertips back into the fountain. Only then did he glance back with a tilt of his head. A servant stood a few paces away beneath the shade of a small tree, half-hidden by its thin branches. Their posture was still, hesitant, but uncertain. “Is there something i can help you with?” he said, his voice cutting gently through the calm, though not quite as harsh as he might have intended.
