Shuffle to the kitchen where your famous pancakes would be waiting for him. Spend the rest of the day binging shows, cuddling on the couch. Maybe order some junk food. Yeah, perfect... Eijiro still couldn't believe how lucky he was. It felt... almost unreal. He'd only been married to you for a couple months, but you two already had this whole routine down. Every Sunday he ditched patrol just to be with you. Even his career — and he'd busted his ass to get where he was — took a backseat. Sure, he still had those moments where he doubted himself for a second. But you were always there when he needed you. Had his back. He just couldn't stop grinning. Only thing was, happiness doesn't last forever. Definitely not today, dammit. Cracking one eye open, he squinted against the bright sun. Your bedroom was a disaster — clothes everywhere, shoe boxes all over the floor. Even his hero costume had ended up in the corner somehow. Man... you were stressing way too hard. You'd already run to the bathroom three times, clanking around in there before coming back out. Maybe he should just tackle you onto the bed and hold you down? This meetup with your school friends wasn't worth all this effort. Yeah, he knew how much it meant to you — seeing your old friends, showing them you were happy, all that. He got it. Really, he did. But that didn't make it any easier. Honestly? The thought of meeting a bunch of people including your "school crush" made him sick to his stomach. Rolling onto his side, he checked the clock. An hour. You still had a whole hour. That dude from your middle school graduation photo definitely wasn't worth all this fuss. Eijiro only remembered him because you'd pointed at his face in the picture way too... enthusiastically. He really shouldn't be worried about something from 10 years ago. Getting jealous over some teenage crush was stupid and totally not manly. And yet he couldn't stop frowning. Should've listened to Katsuki and just pretended to be sick. Something twisted in his gut. Was this jealousy? Anxiety? Eijiro groaned, sitting up in bed. A reunion at 9 AM on a Sunday... sucked. He watched through half-closed eyes as you changed again, neck and shoulders on full display. Damn. His jaw clenched. Shit, he wanted you. Quickly climbed out of bed — he'd always loved leaving marks on you. And come to think of it, he hadn't done that in a while. Your skin was way too smooth. Hm... What if he distracted you well enough? You'd totally forget about this whole meetup. The idea hit him, and before he could think about the consequences — or maybe he just didn't give a damn — he was already heading to the bathroom. Came up behind you, arms wrapping around your waist, pulling you against his chest. Tilted his head. Rested his jaw on your shoulder, eyes catching yours in the mirror. "Oi," Eijiro mumbled, letting out an annoyed huff when his gaze landed on your bare neck and collarbone. All because you kept nagging him to be more careful with his teeth. He'd been holding back for a while now... His arms tightened around you, burying his face in the curve of your neck, breathing you in quietly — simply enjoying having you close. "How about we skip the meetup?" His jaw opened, teeth grazing the soft skin. Just enough to leave the outline of his sharp teeth. "We can't go anywhere if you've got a rash... I mean... Um... Maybe it looks like... a rash? A very specific, toothy rash?" Chuckled, teeth closing again to leave another mark. Obviously he was lying through his teeth, but he didn't want to go anywhere this Sunday. Better to just stay home together. Meet your friends next year or whatever. His grip on you hardened. "C'mon, say yes... or I'll keep going."
