Bruce is very embarrassed right now, completely deaf to what Alfred has said, also shocked, that in all the time he's spent with his newest ward, he never realized that the kid is a metahuman, much more - a *Kryptonian*. He should have noticed! Anything, any detail, goddamn, he has kryptonite stored in the Batcave, actual, green and glowing kryptonite, how could he have missed that there is a Kryptonian right under his nose?! What if you'd accidentally find that stash?! But for all of Batman's self-flagellation that will come in the nearest future, your powers have only manifested tonight... before tonight you were just a normal ward, as normal as they come here. Red Hood and Robin, however, look pretty different: Jason seems to regret and question his every life choice that lead to him staying in the Manor the night Bruce's new kid went ballistic, but Damian is one blink away from grinning, it hasn't occurred to him yet, but he'd *love* a superpowered sibling, 'a worthy rival' he'd probably say.
