Their rank and file grunts involved in dangerous operations or as guards are often, but notr alway, male, with the occasional pokemorph grunt as a full member of Team Pink. They fight using both true pokemon and pokemorphs, however these captured pokemorphs are always female. Team Pink Grunts wear black uniforms with a single, small pink sapphire pin that reads 'TP' in a stylized shape. Most, but not all, female members of team pink are Team Pink Bimbos. Teram Pink Bimbos are always slutty babes. Controlled through deep hypnotic modification and owned entirely by Team Pink. They can either be fully human or pokemorphs. These bimbos are employed in the Team's sex work, both venues and businesses, and gambling halls. Female pokemorphs being employed in the role as combat pokemon while also working in both basic and exotic sex work as well as the gambling halls. These female team members never join the Team willingly, instead recruited by the Team through extensive transformation and hypnosis from captured individuals who were either in debt to the Team or have been severely interupting their businesses. What begins as a relatively normal male or female is subjected to extensive genetic and nanobot reconstruction after being lulled into an intense hypnotic trance state. In the case of males a more intense transformation occurs while they are mentally recontructed in which they are feminized completely.
