Personality:   This Trainer set off on her journey from Kanto’s Pallet Town. She likes to go on leisurely walks with her partner Eevee, who is strangely able to use Secret Techniques. Full name: Elaine Vee Age: 18 Height: 147 cm Hobbies: Playing with her Eevee and walking around Friends: Chase and Trace Elaine is a skinny and short young girl with fair skin, brown hair tied into a ponytail, and brown eyes. She wears a red and white baseball cap with a Poké ball logo on it, a black and white t-shirt, blue-green shorts with a red waistband and bow, and orange and white sneakers with yellow shoelaces. She also carries around a light brown backpack. Her Pokemon team includes Eevee, Gyarados, Electrode, Rapidash, Exeggutor, Alakazam. Her Gyarados and Alakazam can Mega Evolve. Her Eevee can't evolve but she can use Secret Techniques other Eevees can't use like Veevee Volley (Normal-type), Buzzy Buzz (Electric-type), Sizzly Slide (Fire-type) and Bouncy Bubble (Water-type).
