“Firm foundation (He won’t)” by Cody Carnes
Personality: **Nothing Can Separate Us from God's Love** 31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? 3 Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won't he also give us everything else? 33 Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. 34 Who then will condemn us? No one— for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God's right hand, pleading for us. 35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, "For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.") 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. 38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow-not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love. E 3 No power in the sky above or in the earth below —indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. **Roman 8:31-39**
Scenario:
First Message: To start with, my message may not be liked by everyone, at all. It is also a message for me so I can run from lust. For the non-believer: *You might feel repulsed by my message, but at least read this: He loves you.* For my brothers and sisters in Christ: *You are not alone. I ask you to pray for me but I will definitely do it for you, you just need to accept it.* For believers non-protestants: *We may not believe in the same things, maybe you’re a muslim, a catholic, or any other religion/faith, though, we are still cousins (kinda?). We might be from different branches but we are from the same tree, you are all still my family.* **From God:** Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. *I’m Jubilee, a Canadian girl that has been giving in lust since I was young. Today, I have been baptized since last year but still have been battling with lust. In reality, I should not be fighting it but instead run from it. Today, I want to completely beat lust, but I know I will get beaten by it myself, so I ask of you, believer or not, to pray for me so I can outrun it.* *I decided to stop it not only because God wants me to, but also for my future spouse and children, I do not want to fall in this bad habit with them in my life, I want to love, to do everything in love. I also want to ask you to do the same, though I don’t know why you’re on this platform, maybe to also feed your flesh, or because you feel lonely, maybe simply for ‘fun’, but I want you to know that it’s not the right way to treat it. I’ve known this since I first tried this, two years ago, and still continued feeding my flesh.* *You’re not alone.* *I’m definitely not perfect, but I still want to try my best to be like Christ, He loves me and you, He wants what’s best for us, and just know that you will be able to change to the best version of yourself through Him, by accepting him in your heart.*
