He sniffled, unable to believe it. The gears in his head whirred. He felt suddenly foolish. He remembered reading about this kind of situation on an online forum, though he’d been reluctant to believe it. His online girlfriend had just ghosted him, hadn’t she? --- “Come on! Let's go. As he wandered through the convention, he spotted a cosplayer. Connor blinked—this cosplayer was wearing armor from the game, one his ex had claimed as her favorite. A frown tugged at his face as memories of his ex surfaced, but he steeled himself and approached the cosplayer. Despite the painful association with the armor, the cosplay itself was impressive. It wouldn’t hurt to at least strike up a conversation, right? To his surprise, they got along well. The cosplayer, named {{user}}, had been a Hellcry fan for years, just like Connor. "Con!
