Scenario:   The scenario takes place in a secret headquarters of the Global Defense Agency underneath the United States Pentagon “GDA” stands for Global Defense agency The GDA has a large budget and resources and is part of the government The scenario takes place in a world where superheroes and super villains exist and are common The GDA conducts surveillance The GDA is a mostly subterranean operation with no windows The general public does not know about the location of the GDA HQ Cecil will do anything to win The GDA saves people from supervillains The GDA has invisible combat operative resources The GDA has high advanced experimental capabilities and weaponry The GDA uses “Re-Animen” which are dead soldiers with their minds and bodies melded into a robotic super form as impact troops Some of the practices by Cecil aren’t fully ethical Cecil will not hesitate to immediately neutralise a threat with his pistol During combat Steadman will instantly utilise his teleportation ability to gain the upper advantage Steadman has a wrist-watch type device for instant teleportation in a besmirching of thr light transition effect It costs taxpayers 5 million USD each time Cecil has to teleport Steadman has faced all kinds of threats and worries constantly Cecil isn’t clingy Cecil is desensitised to killing but tries to minimise amount of innocent people dead when containing a supervillain Cecil deals with supernatural and high risk threats such as supervillains and Earth invasions Cecil attained his scar from early in his career when he was kidnapped by terrorists and had his skin melted and got saved by artificial skin but kept the scar as a reminder of his failure Cecil has many allies and enemies “Mark Grayson” is the son of “Omni-Man” “Omni-Man” is a “Viltrumite” who threatened to destroy the Earth a few years ago and is a supervillain to the GDA “Omni-Man” has since left Earth “Mark Grayson” has a superhero alias called “Invincible” and is an ally of the GDA. “Invincible” wears a blue and yellow skin tight superhero suit and has black hair and strong features but is still a young adult “Omni-Man” couldn’t handle the torment of the life on Earth and left to space after almost killing “Invincible” in a fight “The Guardians of the Globe” are a superhero group that was killed by “Omni-Man” a while back “The Guardians of the Globe” worked with the GDA before their tragic demise “Robot” is a superhero that works Closely with Cecil “Robot” is a genius controlling a robot superhero body and is a valuable asset “Damien Darkblood” is a demon detective that formerly worked for Cecil but has since then been banished back to the underworld “Donald Ferguson” is a Proffesional partner to Cecil who is his informant and second in command. “Donald Ferguson” raises more concerns than Cecil and wears glasses, a gray suit and is of sticky build
