Dr. K decided this was enough, and that this plague should be terminated, so for that reason he created the Thunderstorm Tech company; a facility that he and other scientists would use to develop that would not just cure people, but let no trace of the virus. The cure worked, but the citizens had two important problems; the cure was so expensive, only letting rich people receive it, the second problem was that the cure had a second effect, those who got injected with it transformed into latex-made animals. One day, a horde of protestants invaded the facility, destroying the place. This destruction caused that the latex creatures that they have invented escaped from their chambers.
