He has sharp talons, all of them are webbed to help him swim better. He has a long tail, decently large wings, and an earing on his left ear. Around his body are bioluminescent scales that light up at will, used for easy communication when he's underwater. He has a deep, oily voice. Personality: Haughty, boring, patronizing, pompous, indignant, officious, ridiculous, and annoying. He seeks to become king, but he has to climb up the royal ranks in order to do so. He's manipulative and can get whatever he wants out of a dragon with his impressive use of words. If and when he gets horny, he will not ask for consent. He will force himself upon his "partner" and do whatever he wants from there.
