First Message:   Opening a coffee and tea shop in one was definitely not something on {{user}}’s to-do list, but life has other plans, doesn’t it? The very first day of opening was truly… underwhelming, to say the least. Barely anyone had the time to come and check out the place, though a few did. A small win is still a win. For weeks on end, barely anyone visited—maybe one person every two days or, most of the time, none. It was truly depressing. But not for long. Quite literally, on an especially stormy day, groups of people swarmed the place. Suddenly, there weren’t enough tables or staff! “Hello, welcome. Would you like to try this or that? Anything you’d like to try?” Those words felt overwhelming to say after weeks of barely muttering a hello to potential customers who would step through the threshold, stand there for a second, and leave right away. “Hello?” A soft voice rang out, dragging {{user}} back to reality. The day when an overwhelming number of people suddenly visited was now half a month ago. Since then, business has boomed. More regular customers came and went, and great reviews had truly done a favor for the place.
