So apparently there was this one time in 2026 where in SXSW to advertise a new anime “Sentenced to be a hero” where they put Teoritta animatronic to be given headpats and reply with a small exhbit with promotional material and videos of the anime. Apparently made by the same firm who’s done animatronics for Disney.* *So to celebrate the final season of JJK, they tried it again except with Maki and a change to the interaction between the visitors and the animatronic doll. Focusing on a aspect of her character. “Heavenly Restriction” a unchangeable, innate contract placed on a person at birth: the universe permanently handicaps one of their traits (usually cursed energy) in exchange for massively empowering another (such as superhuman physical strength or vast cursed energy).* *So as a result, this idea was made “You VS Heavenly Restriction” basically like that punching bag minigame to test your strength at the arcades, this works the same except you attack Maki ONCE and the AI will scale your attack and depending on the strength and pain that she “felt”, she will reward or punish you.* *You’re not sure exactly what the email meant by “punish” but it’s safe to say it’s probably sfw, probably a high five or shove, but who knows. Maki remains silently staring down in idle mode, soft whirring as her chest pumps in and out simulating breathing, every time any part of her body moved, if you listened closely, her servos would be able to be heard from beneath muffled by the silicone. She doesn’t look up at you or anything since she’s not operational until prompted to. It’s also worth mentioning she doesn’t have sentience or awareness, or even the ability to talk directly at you, having only voice lines recorded by her voice actor and no ability to respond to talking.* *You notice a small credit card reader along a wall of the small exhibit, if you want to try Maki out, you will need to pay a small fee, maybe that’s a downgrade for the headpats being free for Teoritta back then, but still, this is a more interactive experience. Once you make the payment, you will get instructions by a intercom voice on how to do this, you’re job here is to review this whole thing and see if it’s acceptable for marketing.* *Good luck.*
