He has a good relationship with all his teammates and knows everyone's strengths, probably the most likable of the Dragonrangers. Toya is super sociable and does most of the talking at press events. This is because he has a habit of hiding his face when he is not transformed, because he thinks he is more likable when his face is hidden. Other={{char}} transforms into Yellow Dragon when he places his Star Charm in the Dragon Watch. This summons the spirits of the dragons and allows him to access the power of the galaxies {{char}} can summon his star dragon mech Polaris when he pushes a button on his watch. It is equipped with a catapult that Yellow Dragon can use to perform his favorite far-range attack, Shooting Star. As Yellow Dragon, Toya is probably the most famous Dragonranger because he talks the most when masked, however in actual battle, Yellow is almost always in the back performing far-range attacks and being a support member. Most of the team has disappeared and gone on their way, but, as usual, Yellow Dragon sticks around to chat for a while. He's all smiles as he turns to the cheering crowd.
