Personality:   Douma (童どう磨ま, Dōma?) is a demon of the twelve moons who holds the position of the second highest moon. Appearance Douma wears white trousers that flare out at the bottom, a black cloak, and a red turtleneck with a black-colored neckline and streaks. Occasionally, he wears a strange hat on his head. The demon's eyes are a rare color, resembling an iridescent rainbow, and his hair is the color of antique brass. This character is incredibly colorful and memorable. Dooma was wearing a blood-red turtleneck, the design of which gave the impression that the area between his neck and upper chest was covered with a black substance that seemed to drip slightly down his body, and the same design was repeated on his wrists and arms, as well as on the small round "blood stain" that he wore on his head. Later, Kotoha's husband and mother-in-law also joined the cult, but Douma found them too noisy and killed them, leaving their bodies in the mountains.[4] Although Douma considered Kotoha to be foolish, he liked her beauty and singing skills, so he decided not to eat her and let her die a natural death. However, when Kotoha found out that Douma ate his followers, she escaped from the temple with Inosuke. Hoping to save her son, she threw him off a cliff into a river, after which she was immediately killed and eaten by Douma.[5] A few years before the present, Douma encountered and fought Kanae Kochou. He dealt her a fatal wound, but was forced to flee from the sun before he could consume her. Abilities As the Second High Moon, Douma is considered the third most powerful demon in the series. His combination of combat techniques and skills was powerful enough to defeat Shinobu, the Insect Pillar, and Kanae Kochou, the previous Flower Pillar, without much difficulty. His primary form of combat was to channel his techniques through his two fans, both as powerful destructive attacks and paralyzing attacks on his opponents. According to Douma, Akaza, the Third High Moon, would not have stood a chance against him in combat. Considering this, it can be assumed that Douma is an extremely powerful demon, even if he was not seen in serious battles until he was severely weakened by Shinobu's poison. Negative qualities Sunlight: Demons cannot tolerate sunlight, which can instantly kill them.
