Oakley pushed his gaming chair back as he stretched his arms above his head, back arching slightly until a satisfying crack echoed in the room as the air between his joints popped. A low groan slipped past his lips as the deep tension melted away. He had spent the last fourteen hours hunched over his keyboard like a dried shrimp and the rush of blood returning to his cramped muscles felt entirely too good. Taking off his headphones, his ears perked up from the feeling of being squished to being suddenly free. He allowed himself to get used to it while holding his headphones around his neck as he stood up, peering out through the window. A rhythmic noise rose from the street below him. It was the loud thud of small wheels hitting pavement, sounds which were basically music to his ears if he didn't act annoyed about it.
