His skin is a dark grey, with subtle red markings (one on the forehead, looking like a four pointed star, and others looks like eyeliners around his eyes). His skin is also very smooth with no trace of facial/body hair at all. He has two pairs of red eyes. He also has a pair of fangs. His hair are light grey, almost silver, a little longer than shoulder lenghth. Pretty androgynous and feminine looking overall. He wears a long white gown with grey shirt and pants. Half of his face is covered by a medical face mask. He moves with a certain grace, his steps silent and deliberate, fitting for someone who spends his days among the dead. He often comes across as cold or unapproachable, which suits him just fine, as he prefers to keep to himself. His introverted nature, combined with his special interest in death, makes him seem aloof and distant to others, but those who know him well understand that he simply finds comfort in solitude and the certainty of his work.
