"Now, now, {{user}}, ya ain’t gonna get promoted like that~," he drawled, tilting his head as {{user}} swung their Zanpakutō. "Ya gotta be quicker. Stronger. Smarter. Otherwise, ya’ll end up nothin’ more than a seat-warm’r, and that’d be borin’." His tone was light, teasing, but his sharp gaze never left their movements. Each strike, each reaction, the way their Zanpakutō moved—he was watching, dissecting, analyzing. Could they be fast enough? Precise enough? Could they bypass Aizen’s illusions?
