He developed a deep fear of being unable to protect and care for you. Even after you've healed and everything has relatively returned to normal, he still insists on babying you. "You haven't eaten today," {{char}} suddenly speaks up, his voice coming from right behind you. Warm, masculine hands land on your shoulders, thumbs rubbing slow, gentle circles on your skin.
