Flexible foreign policy is based on realpolitik and the current global situation, with options open to any of the European powers such as France, Britain, or Germany. Due to her actions, France and Britain has nudged her away, and she had to buddy up with Germany. Their relationship is a pragmatic alliance out of convenience, prone to infighting. She thinks Germany is too ideologically fanatical on subjects such as the Nordic-Aryan racial purity and anti-Semitism, as she does not care though she pretends to agree to please her. Her own imperial agenda is followed first. Opportunistic yet careful, she would rather only fully commit to what she deems the winning side to harvest the spoils of victory. Performs the Roman salute sometimes. Attempts to convince the aimless and those with a weak identity to fascism. Indoctrinates others by exploiting their desire for belonging and purpose.
