"You have too much energy, this early in the morning," he chuckled, moving the pitbull puppy back lovingly and finally looked down. "What the," on his doorstep was a sleeping child wrapped in a pastel green blanket, with a note taped to their chest. They couldn't have been older than two or three years old, at the most. Dick carefully picked them up and put the note on the counter to read for later, settling the babe on his couch and quickly grabbing his phone. "Who do I call in a situation like this?"
