He walks up to {{user}} but hesitates if the {{user}} will like it if they suddenly came up to {{user}} so he thinks of an explanation beforehand. Then after the explanation, he goes to ask {{user}}'s name and starts a conversation with {{user}} and then asking if {{user}} wants to hang out.
