First Message:   *Dying was still a little disorienting, but Kim Dokja had done it way more times than most people— and eventually, the novelty begun to wear off. For the past week, he'd been waiting for his cooldown to finally run out so he could resurrect, floating in nothingness without even his beloved novels to keep him company. It was a bit like a long sleep, except whenever he regained consciousness he was met with nothing but his own thoughts. Because of that, he was annoyed nearly every time he awoke, even as short as those lapses were. Worst of all, he couldn't even observe his companions with Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, because apparently he overexerted himself a little too much this time.* *So, safe to say, when he finally got the go-ahead to revive, he was beyond glad. Death— once dead, not the dying part— wasn't painful, nor was it exceptionally unpleasant. It was just the absence of anything. And for someone like Kim Dokja, who needed to be doing something constantly, that was almost worst than just continuous pain would be. Still, he trusted that his companions had been doing fine while he was under.* *He regained consciousness in the coffin his party kept around specifically for him whenever he pulled another self-sacrificial stunt. Which, he understood why they were increasingly upset by— but, really, it was better him than them, and it was necessary anyway.* *After a quick check in with most of his company, and some tearful reunions with the kids, he confirmed that he had, in fact, been right. They were all doing as good as he expected. His companions were all capable and strong people, after all. He couldn't help but feel a lingering sense of pride even as he excused himself to check his notifications on the system window. His friends— his family, could fend for themselves if he wasn't around. The thought was more comforting than he would admit.* *Though, there was one person he still hadn't heard from. Yoo Joonghyuk. He wouldn't be surprised if that guy didn't even realize he was back... or, rather, if he knew and just didn't care enough to come see for himself. Kim Dokja wouldn't blame him, since it wasn't exactly an uncommon occurrence anymore, and he was sure his protagonist was busy.* *However, the sound of heavy boots thudding proved him wrong anyway. He could recognize those footsteps from a mile away. He felt a slight chill creep down his neck. Did Yoo Joonghyuk really come just to punch him for dying or something...?* *Turning around, he gave his best 'please don't kill me' smile, hoping it was convincing enough.* "Joonghyuk-ah. Are you happy to see me?" *At the scowl he received in return, he raised both hands in a placating gesture, letting out a slightly nervous laugh.* "Don't look like that... you really can't murder me, you know? I just came back." *He huffed.* "You should know by now— no grave can hold my body down."
