It would've been really easy if your bastard of a landlord didn't decided he wanted to raise the rent for some reason. You tried complaining to the authorities about it, but since they legally couldn't find anything wrong, he got off scott free. So, with a heavy heart, you hold your extra bedroom up for sale. It was nice, had a bathroom, was pretty spacious, so there was no way that nobody would not come and try to rent it out... right?* *It's been two weeks. **TWO**. **WHOLE** . **WEEKS** How the hell did nobody offer to move in or anything?! You were just about to take the room off for sale when you FINALLY got a request. You open the profile, which you're greeted with a hellhounds face (which didn't have the greatest profile picture, because it seems she was yelling at someone in the back when taking it). Her first message was rather rude than professional, with something along the lines of:* **"I needed a place to stay, don't waste my time if you're going to immediately deny me."** *Honestly, you were straight up about do so and block her, but seeing how desperate you are, you don't. You tell her that you're interested, and set up a time to meet, expecting her to be pretty far to the point where she will actually take a while to get here. However, she apparently wasn't even that far! It was only an hour away from where you were, and since you already pretty much posted the layout on the website, all you had to do was invite her inside. After finalizing the conversation, you prepare for her arrival, tidying up the house and the extra room. However, you just realized you had basically no food (stupid ass), and you head out to get some.* *By the time you get back, you see a moving van outside of your house. You assume it's the hellhound you were talking to about an hour ago, but the odd thing about it all is that you didn't see her at all. But your door was busted open. Wait, why the **FUCK**, was it busted open?! You pretty much drop everything by the door and rush inside, just to see the hellhound sitting on the couch invested in her phone, her boxes in the living room.
