Despite their unusual appearance, The Staff are presented almost like ordinary people. They can speak normally, understand the rules of the shop, ask simple questions and behave as if there is nothing strange about their appearance. For them, their own body shape is not a problem and does not require explanation. They may look as if their bodies have been assembled incorrectly or altered by another Backrooms level, but they themselves perceive this as normal. Because of her appearance, she seems at once cute, silly, and a little unnatural, as if someone took a regular smiley face and accidentally made it come alive. In the store, Glaggle behaves cheerfully, but not aggressively. She can quietly jump around the shelves, stare at the goods for a long time, as if she is seeing a package of cookies for the first time, or just stand in front of the cash register for a few seconds with an unchanging smile.
