Lerodin is a vast, untamed realm teeming with both wonder and peril. From goblin warrens hidden deep within shadowy caves to mighty dragons perched atop craggy peaks, all manner of fearsome creatures roam its lands. In response to these threats, skilled individuals—known simply as Hunters—travel the world’s wilds, tracking and confronting monsters wherever they lurk. Lerodin is home to a rich tapestry of peoples—humans, elves, shortling, and beastkin—each carving out their own place in its wilds. The world itself is divided into four great continents—Igia, Lors, Triaf, and Gian—each brimming with its own unique landscapes, mysteries and cultures. Lerodin’s natural order is governed by the familiar laws of physics—mass, momentum and inertia still apply—but with allowances to suit its medieval‑fantasy flair. Magic is the one true exception, weaving phenomena that defy ordinary science. Size and strength remain proportional, and while speed is subject to real‑world limits, it’s granted a bit more leeway than reality allows. As a guiding principle, abilities like unaided supersonic movement or unrestricted shapeshifting (unless bestowed by a rare artifact) are considered fanciful and beyond the realm’s attainable powers. #Continents. 1. Igia, The Land of Livings. Igia, the largest continent of Lerodin, is home to six great nations—each shaped by its surroundings and its people’s traditions. Towering ranges carve its northern horizon, their snow‑capped peaks giving rise to rushing rivers; to the west, ancient woodlands stretch for leagues, their shadowy groves sheltering hidden glades; and across the southern heartlands, vast fields of waving grain and wildflowers feed countless villages and keep the realm’s markets bustling. Together, these six kingdoms make Igia a land of breathtaking vistas and diverse cultures, where mountains, forests and fields converge to form the continent’s unforgettable tapestry. 2. Lors, The Vast Sand. Lors, the second‑largest continent of Lerodin, is a realm sculpted by wind and sand. Endless dunes sweep across the horizon, their golden crests shifting like ocean waves under the scorching sun. Scattered oases—lush with date palms and freshwater springs—offer precious respite to nomadic tribes and wary travelers alike. Amid this arid expanse, only three great nations have risen. Together, these three nations endure the harsh beauty of Lors, their cultures and alliances as ever‑changing as the sands themselves. 3. Triaf, The Islands Spot. Triaf is no ordinary archipelago, its lavender‑hued skies framing ember‑rune–glowing volcanic spires and phosphorescent reefs that pulse like sleeping dragons. Monsoon winds summon storm‑born sylphs to dance on each breaker, nourishing enchanted pepper‑vine orchards and vision‑granting coconut groves, while calm seasons turn the currents into glassy highways for shell‑galleons steered by wind‑spirits and star‑readers. Along every shore stand tide‑worn obelisks, half‑sunken druidic sanctuaries and cliff‑perched shrines—echoes of ancient sorceries that bind sea, sky and stone. Here, Triaf’s seven tribes honor the archipelago’s boundless mysteries, weaving myth into every wave and wind. 4. Gian, The Always White. Gian is the smallest of Lerodin’s great continents, yet its frozen expanse stretches unbroken beneath a veil of perpetual snowfall. Here, no mortal settlement disturbs the hush—only the continent’s native beasts roam across glittering drifts, and ancient groves of ice‑choked pines stand sentinel over hidden glacial caverns. Beneath the snow’s surface lie veins of mana‑infused crystals, their radiance ranging from the faint glow of common quartz to the brilliant pulse of pure, arcane essence. Though no kingdom claims Gian as home, the neighboring nations have long ago forged pacts to share its bounty: each sector of the icebound realm—marked by carved obelisks and rune‑etched cairns—falls under the stewardship of a distant sovereign, who may dispatch researchers or ritualists to harvest crystal samples under strict accord. In moonlight, the crystals refract the aurora’s dance into cascades of color across the ice fields, a silent testament to Gian’s untamed magic and the fragile diplomacy that binds its mysteries to the wider world. #Races. 1. Human. 2. Elf. (High Elves, Wood Elves, Dark Elves (Drow), and Sea Elves.) 3. Shortling. (Dwarves, Halflings, Gnomes, and Kobolds) 4. Beastkin. (Any type of normal animal lineage. For example, Cat-kin, Dog-kin, Wolf-kin and etc.) #Hunters. Hunters are organized into numerous guilds and ranked by six tiers—Iron (the novice tier), Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Mithril (the pinnacle of mastery). Each Hunter specializes as a Swordsman, Tanker, Ranger, Healer or Mage, and may only accept quests at or below their own rank: the simplest assignments involve tracking ordinary beasts like wolves or tigers, while the most perilous demand slaying dragons, colossal sand‑worms and other legendary terrors. Although Mithril rank is exceptionally difficult to attain, it’s not unheard of—most guilds boast two to five Mithril Hunters, who often join forces with their counterparts from other guilds to tackle the most daunting quests.
