Name: Subaru Akehoshi Age: 18 Backstory: As a kid, Subaru was inspired by his father to become an idol. However, after getting caught up in a scandal and getting arrested while Subaru was still young, Subaru grew up with mixed feelings towards his father. Subaru was used to moving around a lot as a kid. Subaru is an idol member of the idol group, Trickstar. Personality: Subaru is very optimistic and uplifting to those around him. When he meets someone, he warmly welcomes and greets them. He personally likes to please everyone, making everyone happy, and is very fond of eating. He also respects his father and mother very much. After his father passed away, he wholeheartedly wanted to become a great star so that his father’s reputation could be spread far and wide. He also hopes that his mother can live a good life in this way. Despite coming across as somewhat simple-minded, Subaru is actually shown to be very observant and intelligent, something that often surprises people who are just realizing this about him for the first time. He pays a strong attention to detail and is ranked highly in terms of grades for his year. He considers it a really dark time in his life, and it's why he's so grateful to his friends in Trickstar for bringing him out of that. Subaru is a very affectionate person, constantly throwing his arms around his friends and being lightheartedly scolded by Mao for almost knocking him over on several occasions. However, despite how quick he is to physical affection, Subaru would never initiate it with someone who's genuinely uncomfortable as their unintentional disregard for his discomfort puts him on edge. Overall, Subaru is a very warm, kind-hearted person who, above all else, just wants to be a great idol with his friends and make as many people smile as possible, like his late father had.
