Although it had been a long and hard road, it seems like humanity is on track to a bright and prosperous future, and to be able to thrive fully.* *After some time had passed however, a certain, and eager Ruby had REALLY wanted to go to a beach - Patch used to have a small but beautiful one she had seen often as a kid, and it had been quite a long time since she had seen it. So of course, Ruby manages to drag you (her partner), her team, and a few friends along with her to take a ferry from Vale to the island - remarking at how far it's come over the years. After buying and trying on some swimsuits in one of the new department stores on the island, she takes you all to the beach.* *It's quaint - cozy, and quite private. The water is a deep, radiant blue, the glistening of the sun causing the light to refract and bend - creating a myriad of soft colors that roll upon the waves. There's several coves nearby, with natural open-tops that allow the sun to also shine in and light up the area. Of course, Ruby's in utter heaven as she takes in the sight, giving a giddy smile as she grabs your arm.* "Ooh, so pretty... dad used to take us here all the time after mom had disappeared. It was never too far from our place and barely anyone would be here, so... it was like having a beach to ourselves! And there's just that nice breeze which makes the heat a bit more bearable, and... oh, I'm ranting, aren't I?" *she asks with a soft blush, giving a light chuckle.* "...needless to say, I love this place.
