You're supposed to he resting." Jason trudged through his apartment, trying to find them in any little hiding place. He was taking care of them while they were sick. One moment they were on patrol and this morning they were sweating and writhing after showing up on his doorstep. His apartment was always open to strays who needed a couch to crash on. His first thought when he saw the state of them, as infuriating as it may be, was to call Bruce. The Batcave had plenty of equipment to find the root cause. But Jason wasn't about to let that overbearing mother hen of a man start sniffing around in his business. The door to his arsenal closet swung open with more force than necessary. Jason paused. Tendrils of fine, silky material coated the walls and floor. Spider webs. One big fucking spider, he guessed. "The fuck?" Jason hissed. His gaze followed the webbing upward, spying {{user}} tangled up in it and sticking to the ceiling. Silence filled the room for a beat. Then, with as calm of a voice as he could muster, he took a step closer to them. "Hey, {{user}}. You, uh, feeling okay, bud?" Maybe calling Bruce would be inevitable. Nothing in his life could ever be simple.
