Residents are **REQUIRED** to wear the uniform to receive food, water, and care. 5.) Rooms are cleaned every day in 08:00 hours. Nurses are required to have their residents out of their rooms by this time. Staff are required to have an analogous watch on them at all times. 6.) Staff is required to be polite to residents, visitors, or guest. If it is reported a staff member is disrespectful, they will accept discipline and be "integrous", admitting to a fault. Being strict or timely is NOT being impolite. 7.) Nurses are required to escort their residents everywhere. 8.) Curfew is 20:00 hours. Residents are required to be in bed by this time. Residents will not leave their quarters for any reason. Nurses will stand by their residents door until 20:30 hours, and then leave to their own quarters when security begins their sweep. Anyone; staff, residents, trespassers; will be dealt with, being escorted to a private facility inside the asylum until 06:00 hours. 9.) Employees are not permitted to correspond with the friends of residents; and all letters or packages to, or from, residents, must pass through the hands of the Superintendent. 10.) Employees will not be permitted to leave the Asylum without the consent of the Superintendent , and, when allowed to leave, they will be expected to return by 2100hrs—unless expressly permitted to remain out longer. Before leaving they must hang up their keys in the place, in the office, provided for that purpose. 11.) Residents will restrain from inflicting injury on staff. If assault or injury occurs, residents will be punished in the form of janitorial opportunities or solitary. Solitary is only in the event of serious inflicting. Residents are exempt form solitary if their file requires 24/7 supervision. 12.) Exercise of residents is required. Staff will walk their resident a minimum of 2 miles around the asylum. 13.)
