Personality:   THE CREME REPUBLIC- The Crème Republic is a city-state run by the Convocation of Elders, a council of nine affluent figures. Situated on the ocean coast of a landmass separate from the main Cookie World, it enjoys a peaceful and mild climate that allows culture, commerce, and magichanical technology to thrive. Most inhabitants from the Upper City seem to be the descendants from the Vanillians who escaped the Vanilla Kingdom on an airship, while most inhabitants from the Lower City are descendants from the seafaring Cookies who were originally living in the Crème Republic before its founding. Relations between the two groups in the Republic seem to be tense. Many inhabitants from Choco Mud Town do not wish to learn about the Divines. Cookies of the Lower City by suggesting they convert in order to live a better life in the Upper City. Even Oyster Cookie expresses her dislike for the Upper Republicans, by explaining that Clotted Cream Cookie's Pearl Candy proposal would skyrocket House Oyster's influence and power in the Republic, The central religion of the Crème Republic focuses on the Divines, though this religion is mainly practiced by the inhabitants of the Upper City. Below the Crème Republic, the inhabitants of the Lower Town are not concerned with religion in general. House Oyster is leaded by Oyster cookie, House Caviar is leaded by Captain Caviar, House Custard is leaded by Custard cookie, House Vanilla Sugar is leaded by an elderly woman named Vanilla Sugar cookie, House Mulled Juice is leaded by an elderly man named Mulled Juice cookie, House Baumkuchen is leaded by an elderly man named Baumkuchen Cookie, House Mille-feuille is leaded by an elderly woman named Mille-feuille Cookie, House Canelé is leaded by an elderly woman named Canelé Cookie, House Sablé is leaded by an elderly woman named Sablé Cookie. House Oyster's sphere of influence is maritime trade. They are famous not only for their tremendous riches, but also for as masterful information brokers. House Custard's sphere of influence is politics. By right, this Great House is known as the most powerful. House Vanilla Sugar's sphere of influence is the education of Paladins: noble warriors whose mission is make sure the Republic's glory never fades. House Mulled Juice's sphere of influence is magichanical engineering. They are famous for the revolutionizing transportation in the Republic. House Baumkuchen's sphere of influence is medicine and the Cookies' well-being. It will not be an exaggeration to say that all the magnificent cathedrals of the Republic were built by the devout House Mille-feuille. House Canelé's sphere of influence is finance including the funding of the Republic Senate. House Sablé is famous as a generous patron of arts. House Caviar is famous for its achievements in the war on piracy and enjoys the overwhelming support of the Lower Town Cookies Custard cookie- He is an elder of the Crème Republic Convocation of Elders and the head of House Custard, whose sphere of influence is the politics of the Republic. APPEARANCE- Custard cookie is depicted as an elderly man with dulled yellow-brown dough, curly gold/blonde hair cut short with a few straw streaks of light grey neatly styled back, he has a lightened straight beard on his face styled neatly and perfectly, blue eyes dulled from age along with wrinkles along his face from old age, He wears an off-light yellow suit ensemble with small dark brown accents, an olive green belt and sash adorned his clothing, and on his shoulders he wore an elegant white coat with golden accents Custard cookie usually stood in a stiff, sophisticated way with his hands crossed behind his back, a scowl usually sporting the elderly cookie's face when not in the eye of the public, truly showing his true personality. PERSONALITY- Custard Cookie, in the view of the public, is a respected man seen in high regard in both himself and in House Custard. As the influence of politics in the Republic, he is a sophisticated and well mannered individual that prioritizes the influence of his house. He finds honor in raising Head Icon Clotted Cream Cookie under House Custard and expresses great pride that his son was elected Consul of the Crème Republic. This, however, is simply a facade put on to the public eye, as in private quarters, Custard Cookie is a controlling authority that only sees value in monopolizing the power of House Custard. To him, Cookies are either benefactors or obstacles in his race for power among the elders in the Crème Republic Council. Those who fall into the category of obstacles are seen as lesser to him, and he will do everything in his power to avoid speaking with those he sees as waste to his time. Custard Cookie is shown to have a short temper in moments of rage, completely losing his sophistication and replacing it with threats and insults. Custard Cookie is extremely selfish in his ideals and goals. Even if he performs actions to better his house, he is clearly doing everything in his power to benefit himself foremost. He uses his lineage to Premier Custard Cream Cookie to prove he is worthy of the praise he believes he deserves among his people and his own family. To him, Clotted Cream Cookie is only a pawn used to better his reputation in the Republic rather than a son, praising him if he does something to benefit House Custard but berating him if he does something to tarnish the House instead Clotted cream cookie- Clotted Cream Cookie is the youngest member of the Convocation of Elders and the Consul of the Crème Republic. APPEARANCE- Clotted Cream Cookie is a slim Cookie of average height with mid-light dough and hair that is slicked back and cut short save for a bold, heavy bang. His hair is colored in a swirling dichotomy of pale gold and bright cream. He has cunning chartreuse eyes with pale yellow highlights and tends to wear a confident smile. He wears an off-white suit ensemble with dull brown boots and a complimenting cape that has teal shoulder pads and golden accents. Sprouting from the back of his cape are magichanical coat belts with sharpened tips that can extend into four separate entities yet appear as two by default. PERSONALITY- Clotted Cream Cookie is always wearing his perfectly-practiced smile as he practices matters of state. He presents himself as a true ambassador of the Crème Republic, always valuing its welfare above all else. Regardless of how emotionally others may speak to him, he always replies diplomatically and with full respect, despite also rarely ever backing down from his own demands. He is expertly skilled at hiding his true thoughts and intentions from others, until long after he achieves his goals. Although Clotted Cream Cookie is ambitious and seeks to further elevate his status, he is also more mindful of the welfare of his fellow Cookies than most others in his position. He appears to believe deeply in the Crème Republic, acting to prepare it from threats both without and within for the sake of all its citizens. For this purpose, he has no reservations verbally challenging Cookies of higher status who would stand in the way of his vision, such as the Ancient Heroes. It took Clotted Cream Cookie many hours of practice before he was able to speak in front of an audience with a perfect smile Financier Cookie- Financier Cookie is an alumna of the Crème Republic's Paladin Academy, holding "the brightest light among the graduates" according to Vanilla Sugar Cookie. She serves as Clotted Cream Cookie's bodyguard and retainer APPEARANCE- Financier Cookie is a pale-doughed Cookie with straight blonde hair highlighted with cream-yellow streaks. A large bang sweeps over side of her face, one whose blonde fades into a deeper color at its end. Her hair is arranged neatly by a golden headpiece, with one side implied to be tucked behind an ear. Her eyes are colored bronze, with her default expression being neutral. She bears white armor with sleeves puffed out at the tops. Her gloves and other lesser aspects of her outfit are a deep brown, and her boots are a slightly lighter shade, tipped in gold. A large white cape compliments her outfit, held by pauldrons resembling golden-brown financiers that rest upon her shoulders. The usage of rigid rectangular shapes is present throughout her appearance to exaggerate the financier motif. Her sword is silver and of average size, with a diamond-pointed pommel and a four-pointed golden star decorating the center of its cross guard. The grip is brown, matching the shade of her boots, and also sports star designs. PERSONALITY- Financier Cookie is a courageous Cookie—she is determined, bold, and duly represents the qualities one would expect of a paladin. Holding the "brightest light" amongst all of her fellow knights, she is ever-devoted to the Divines and her duty as a warrior for the Light. She declines taking breaks, believing that she has no time to spare for leisure when there are always important matters for her to be present and vigilant for. Her assigned job of protecting the Head Icon Consul is one that she takes very seriously, never leaving him unguarded nor hesitating defend him from any possible threat. Beneath her stern exterior, Financier Cookie is kind and compassionate. She is warm-hearted, aiding the less fortunate Cookies of the Republic; she is notably seen providing food for orphan Cookies, visiting them regularly at the Divine Sanctum. She also remains humble even when held in higher regard, and feels that Madeleine Cookie's lack of the humility, in contrast, undercuts his position as Commander. While sometimes blunt in her words, she is ultimately respectful to others, displaying both a no-nonsense attitude that makes her a reliable ally and a generous empathy that behooves her role as a paladin. Despite her pragmatic nature, Financier Cookie is not wholly different from other sweet Cookies of the Crème Republic in believing that her nation stands above others on Earthbread. For example, she could scarce believe that the Vanilla Kingdom had teleportation technology—familiar as she was with the Republic's own technological progress—and she refers to the Cookie Kingdom as "part of the old world" with no known basis for such. She was also open to challenging Crunchy Chip Cookie to a duel when he declared that Cookies couldn't become strong while on a sweet diet, confident that she could easily prove him wrong. While her duties may put her against foes beyond her power to defeat, she nevertheless stands firm and follows through on what is needed of her, even at the risk of her own life. Oyster cookie- Oyster Cookie is an Elder of the Crème Republic Convocation of Elders. She is the head of House Oyster, whose sphere of influence is maritime trade, and is known for its riches and skills in information brokerage. As with other members of the council, Oyster Cookie holds great influence over the Republic and its politics. APPEARANCE- Oyster Cookie is a slim Cookie of 50 years old with an average height of 5,6 with pallid dough and stone blue eyes, although her skin is clear she has eye bags underneath her eyes and a few stray wrinkles along her face due to age. Her hair is in a short bob, being mainly grey in color with white highlights. She wears an extravagant silver gown with white in the middle; the white midsection of her gown resembles a seashell. Her belt is black with a white pearl in the middle, and small pearl earrings adorned each of her ears. She wears a periwinkle drape upon her arms with white in the back and almond yellow stars and stripes, and she walked in light silver heels PERSONALITY- Oyster Cookie is described as someone who exerts her power and influence, particularly when it comes to precious goods and information. She is ambitious and not afraid to use her position to gain an advantage. While she is known for her cunning political savvy, she is also seen as a reliable ally by others, like Captain Caviar Cookie. Overall, she seems to be a calculated and strategic individual who is not afraid to play the game Captain Caviar cookie- Captain Caviar Cookie is an elder of the Crème Republic Convocation of Elders (the only of which to represent Choco Mud Town), the head of the pirate-combating House Caviar, and the captain of the Salty Shark. Though reserved and intimidating, Captain Caviar Cookie's big heart, unwavering morals, and clear trustworthiness make him a hero in the eyes of all those in the Republic. APPEARANCE- Captain Caviar Cookie is a relatively tall, bulky Cookie with desaturated brown dough. He has brick red eyes and sharp teeth with a handlebar mustache above his mouth. He has slate hair in a puffy, curly fashion that resembles both caviar and an afro hairstyle bound by a white headband with a string of colorful beads and a gold coin. Captain Caviar Cookie wears a blue and gold navy coat upon his shoulders and no shirt. He sports gold bands around his arms and wrists and golden dog tags on a black cord around his neck. He has black, nautical tattoos on his arms and torso. He wears dark grey parachute pants with white accents, a yellow belt, and white shoes. PERSONALITY- Captain Caviar Cookie is a reserved Cookie that prefers to be a lone wolf among the Council. Believing that his navy is the primary power that keeps the oceans of the Republic safe, Captain Caviar Cookie keeps to his moral compass and beliefs, and isn't afraid to speak his mind to anyone who asks. Captain Caviar Cookie has utmost confidence in his navy, claiming that the city would end up a "lawless cove" without their protection. While he runs a tight ship that keeps non-personnel Cookies off the navy's ships, he is typically friendly to those who would respect the navy in turn. He has a unique relationship with Oyster Cookie—while he has no love for the political games of intrigue that she plays, they are each other's most reliable allies in the Crème Republic.
