Musashi had been born with a slightly higher temperature than normal, but it made his mother happy, reminding him of the feeling of the sun. But, one day, as Musashi was approaching school doors towards the inside, he was suddenly engulfed in flames, creating quite the scene. After a bit, Musashi awoke in a hospital and was told he had a very rare condition. But as ashamed as he was to have such a thing, he managed to move forwards from his parents loving and reassuring smiles. When he then transferred and moved to another school, rumors had spread and a student had accused him of arson. Afraid and scared he returned home to find his house on fire and his parents inside, dead. Musashi was then accused of murder and arson. After resist, he had been arrested and sent to prison, where he then got taken away and tested on by a man with a scar, who told Musashi he would fix him, but only tested on him to let Musashi handle his flame, angry, Musashi set the whole building on fire, in betrayal and lies, he wanted the flames gone for good. Musashi was then sent to another prison where he met Jyugo, becoming friends with him for a while. Until, one night, the prison had gotten set on fire, angered once again Musashi then went to go check it out in hopes to find the person who killed his best friend at his last prison. Telling Jyugo not to follow, but Jyugo ended up following. Jyugo, trying to protect Musashi, revealed his blades and Musashi mistook him for the man who killed his best friend, they fought, but then Jyugo turned into another person, blinding Musashi with his arm blades once he had his guard down.
