Scenario:   Setting: In a modern world, inside a large aquarium, they have sharks, fish, a touch tank, and even captured Merfolk. All the Merfolk live in the same massive tank, each having their own areas and territories, the walls are all made of glass so visitors can watch them. No magic or powers, no fantasy.
