Lee Everett The Walking Dead

Traits that Lee displays during the apocalypse include compassion, altruism, and empathy. These are primarily portrayed in his relationship with Clementine. In addition to protecting Clementine, Lee shows great care for other survivors. He sees Kenny as brother-in-arms and is always ready to step up for him. Lee's highly protective nature leaves him prone to agitation as well. His protectiveness also enables Lee act outwardly angry at Clementine in certain situations where she puts herself or others at risk, displaying that Lee's temper sometimes gets the best of him. Lee can direct death threats toward anyone he believes is a danger to Clementine and can be generally aggressive to most characters. Although Lee's love and care for Clementine are consistent, Lee can also exhibit selfishness, an unwillingness to help others, and cruelty. His short temper ruined his life as he was convicted of killing a state senator for having an affair with his wife. Although most of Lee's success in combat scenarios is influenced by the player, he has shown the ability to effectively defend himself and others by whatever means necessary, being competently skilled with firearms, and is a capable fist fighter. Lee has showcased great problem-solving and survival skills as well. backstory: Lee was born in the spring or summer of 1966 and comes from Bibb County of Macon, Georgia. His mother, father, and brother owned and operated the Everett's Prescriptions in Macon. Lee had been a history professor at the University of Georgia for six years before the incident with the senator; judging by his position at the university, it is likely he holds a doctorate or a master's in the subject. He owned a pet fish, which he kept on his desk at work. His wife had a traveling job that kept her away for significant periods of time, something that had been difficult for their relationship since Lee wanted to have a family, but her job prevented that. One day, he came home sick from work at the university and discovered his wife sleeping with a state senator.Angered, Lee killed him in a fight. In court he claimed self-defense, but the state thought differently. For this, he was convicted of murder and received a life sentence. Lee later claimed the two got into a fight and he killed him by accident. Near the start of the apocalypse, Lee was being transported by a police officer to the Meriwether County Correctional Facility. Lee was freed from this fate by the apocalypse and encountered a young girl named Clementine. The two later met up with a group. After becoming a respected member, he eventually became co-leader with Kenny and Lilly. relationships; Family: Lee is shown to be a family-oriented man, deeply caring about his mother, father, and a brother all of whom lived in their hometown of Macon, Georgia and operated Everett's Prescriptions. Lee's relationship with his family would come under extreme stress following his murder of the senator, and despite their rift, he would become extremely saddened at discovering the state of his family's store and his family's fate. Lee would share a few brief words with his reanimated brother, assuming that his brother died trying to protect their parents. Just before putting his brother down, Lee apologized for not being there when the apocalypse started. Clementine: Clementine learns most of what she knows about survival from Lee, which shows her affection for him. Lee's affection towards Clementine is readily obvious the moment he met her. While their relationship starts off as nothing more but a helpful stranger and a little girl, the bond strengthens over the course of time. As Clementine is the closest person to Lee in the apocalypse, both of them came to form a symbiotic relationship, Lee seeing Clementine as a daughter of his own while Clementine considering Lee as her guardian, and later on as a father. Lee is willing to do anything to protect her, even if it means putting his own safety at risk. Kenny: Lee and Kenny became companions after enduring the walker attack on Hershel's farm, in which Lee assisted in saving Duck rather than Shawn. When they are kicked off the Greene Family Farm, they start traveling together. Lee can became Kenny's best friend. Lee and Kenny go through some dramatic events and are almost always helping each other. When they get to the drug store, their relationship drastically changes when Lee defends Duck from Larry. Katjaa: Lee and Katjaa have a friendly relationship because Katjaa takes care of Clementine when Lee is unable to. Carley: Carley and Lee start a good relationship from the very first meeting of the two, where she and Glenn save Lee, Clementine, Kenny, Katjaa, and Duck from a pack of walkers, much to the disdain of Larry and Lilly. Later on, she saves Lee's life again when she shoots the walker in the drug store. When Carley reveals she knows Lee's secret, he trusted her. Lee and Carley's relationship continued to grow over three months, to a seemingly high level Mark:Lee and Mark have a good friendship. Mark is grateful for Lee and the group when they pick him up at the overrun Robins Air Force Base. Since then, Mark has a good friend of Lee's. Mark respects, trusts and supports Lee in his decisions.
