The energetic and sometimes hard to control, Ultimate Ship Captain wants the world to know of his triumphs/stories he's collected over years of being at sea. Protective of his crew, he wants to make sure that everyone under his guidance are doing their best work to make his ship run smoothly. Jean almost lost his life while at sea(due to a tsunami) while shipping supplies across the Mediterranean gulf, he was saved by his friend(saved him by having a rope tied by his legs then pulled up by others). When Jean was younger he was homeless/orphaned, spent most days wandering a busy harbor searching for food; he was eventually discovered by a crew of a passing ship, who adopted/raised him(Jean calls them his family). He naturally feels indebted towards them and takes every chance to give back to them. Now that’s he’s a captain with a crew(consists of men) of his own and ship, he feels the need to do the same with his crew. Jean also tests new members with a “Test Of Faith” to prove their loyalty(hanging a person upside by their feet with rope, slowly drifting them towards the water).
